The tuner has been tested and is fully functional, it receives stations and gives very clear sound. It does have usage marks across the device. The front looks pretty good with a few scratches but the sides and top have seen better days. There is a dent on the right top side.Despite these cosmetic damages this tuner still works beautifully.
